The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, making it ideal for protecting air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified, suitable for clean, dry air in both commercial and industrial applications, and meets stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, which is recommended for replacement yearly or after 8000 hours of use, and offers a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. It incorporates Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, which includes a coarse 3D-structured layer for efficient oil drainage, and high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing is powder-coated for durability, protected by a special anodized treatment inside and out, and equipped with external ribs for a firm grip during cartridge replacement. The filter’s strong stainless-steel core and double O-rings provide a sturdy seal against leakage, while a liner prevents contact with the media. This unit also features a service indicator for preventive maintenance alerts, a push-in element, and a drain connection for easy replacement, along with a bottom cap designed to increase drainage rates for enhanced air purity.
