The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, effectively protecting air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified and is ideal for providing clean, dry air in commercial and industrial settings, meeting today's stringent quality standards. The filter features a replaceable cartridge that should be replaced annually or every 8000 operating hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for only 4000 hours. It incorporates Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology with a coarse 3D-structured layer for efficient oil drainage, along with high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing, protected by a special treatment inside and outside, is complemented by external ribs for a secure grip during replacement. A robust stainless-steel core with double O-rings provides a strong seal to prevent leakage, while a liner protects the media from contact. The filter also includes a service indicator that alerts for preventive maintenance, a push-in element, and a drain connection for effortless cartridge replacement, with an enhanced drainage design to prevent oil droplets from re-entering the air stream; the bottom cap is specifically designed to increase the drainage rate.
