The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, ensuring protection for air-powered tools, processes, and final products. This filter is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for providing clean, dry air for commercial and industrial applications while meeting stringent quality standards. It features a replaceable cartridge, with replacement recommended yearly or every 8000 hours, providing a longer lifespan than filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The filter utilizes Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, which incorporates a coarse 3D-structured layer for efficient oil drainage and high-efficiency glass fiber to ensure low-pressure drop and optimal filtration. Its construction includes anodized aluminum housing with powder coating, protected by a special anodized treatment both inside and out, and features external ribs for a firm grip during cartridge replacement. The strong stainless-steel core, double O-rings, and liner help provide a sturdy seal against leakage while enhancing performance and durability. A service indicator alerts users to (preventive) maintenance needs, and the push-in element and drain connection facilitate effortless replacement, with the bottom cap designed to increase drainage rate, preventing the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream.
