The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter is designed to remove oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, effectively protecting air-powered tools, processes, and final products. It is ISO 8573.1 certified and suggested for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, meeting stringent quality requirements. The filter features a replaceable cartridge, recommended for replacement yearly or every 8000 hours, and boasts a longer lifespan compared to other filters rated for 4000 hours or less. Utilizing Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology, it includes a coarse 3D-structured layer for efficient oil drainage, along with high-efficiency glass fiber that ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing with powder coating is treated inside and outside for protection, while external ribs provide a firm grip during cartridge replacement. Additionally, a strong stainless-steel core and double O-rings offer a solid seal against leakage. This filter features high performance and durability, with a liner that prevents contact with the media. The cost-saving maintenance aspect includes a service indicator for preventive maintenance alerts, and a push-in element and drain connection facilitate effortless replacement. Enhanced drainage prevents the re-entry of oil droplets into the air stream, with a bottom cap designed to increase the drainage rate.
