The Atlas Copco high-efficiency coalescing filter effectively removes oil aerosols, wet dust, and rough particles down to 1.0 ppm, ensuring the protection of air-powered tools, processes, and final products. This filter is ISO 8573.1 certified, making it suitable for clean, dry air in commercial and industrial applications, and it meets today's stringent quality requirements. It features a replaceable cartridge that should be replaced yearly or every 8000 hours, offering a longer lifespan compared to filters rated for 4000 hours or less. The Nautilus multi-wrapped media technology includes a coarse 3D-structured layer/barrier for efficient oil drainage, while high-efficiency glass fiber ensures a low-pressure drop and optimal filtration results. The anodized aluminum housing is powder-coated and protected by a special anodized treatment inside and out. External ribs provide a firm grip during cartridge replacement, and a strong stainless-steel core with double O-rings ensures a sturdy seal against leakage. The design includes a liner to prevent contact with the media and a service indicator for maintenance alerts.
