It includes a sealed case that ensures protection from corrosion in aggressive environments, boasting an IP 54 protection rating. The device incorporates a lock key to prevent unintentional modifications to settings, while offering full protection against overload, overtemperature, and overcurrent conditions. A vibration sensor is integrated for enhanced safety. The stirrer utilizes a brushless motor and SpeedServo technology to maintain a constant torque across all speeds, with available models offering up to 200 Ncm torque and supporting up to 100 liters depending on the configuration. It operates silently even at maximum speeds of up to 2000 RPM. The OHS SmartChuck technology facilitates easy shaft accommodation, requiring only one hand and no tools. Key features include real-time monitoring of torque, speed, and temperature through an included PT 100 temperature probe, an integral timer, programmable methods, and remote control functionality via Wi-Fi to the VELP Ermes cloud platform.
