The overhead stirrer is equipped with a powerful 40 Ncm torque and features a digital display and timer, capable of stirring up to 100 liters. It includes a sealed case designed to protect the instruments from corrosion, even in aggressive environments, with an IP 54 protection rating. The device features a lock key to prevent unintentional modifications of settings and provides full protection against overload, overtemperature, and overcurrent. A vibration sensor ensures maximum safety during operation, while the brushless motor and SpeedServo technology maintain constant torque at any speed. Available in single and double speed gear models, the stirrer can achieve up to 200 Ncm torque depending on the model and operates silently even at maximum speeds of up to 2000 RPM. The OHS SmartChuck technology simplifies the shaft accommodation process, allowing for one-handed operation without the need for tools. The display provides real-time monitoring of torque, speed, and temperature graphs, and it includes a PT 100 temperature probe for temperature monitoring. Additional features comprise an integral timer, programmable methods, and remote control via Wi-Fi connection to the VELP Ermes Cloud Platform.
