The Protector Series shield for lathe crosslide features a design with no offset and is constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring an extremely tough and durable safety shield that protects operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are CE, UL, and CSA certified and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. This modular shield system allows for customization in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to meet diverse machine guarding needs. It offers various mounting options and reversible features for opposite-hand mounting scenarios. Additionally, all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
