The Protector Series shield for lathe crosslide is a robust safety solution featuring no offset design. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this shield provides extensive protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. It includes components that carry CE, UL, and CSA certifications and is backed by a limited one-year warranty. The modular design allows for customization in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it adaptable to various machine guarding challenges. It offers multiple mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios. Additionally, all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
