The Protector Series shield for lathe crosslide features a no offset design, constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring a robust and durable safety shield that protects operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. This product includes certification from CE, UL, and CSA, and comes with a limited one-year warranty. It offers a fully modular design, allowing customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to effectively meet diverse machine guarding challenges. Various mounting options are available, enabling reversal for opposite-hand mounting scenarios when required. The shields are also vertically and horizontally adjustable, accommodating different work setups and table heights.
