The Protector Series Shield for lathe crosslide is designed without offset and is constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring a robust and durable safety shield that protects operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The kit includes all essential components and is certified by CE, UL, and CSA, with each shield featuring a limited one-year warranty. A comprehensive line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series shields allows for customization in shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, providing tailored solutions for demanding machine guarding requirements. Various mounting options are available, enabling reversible installation for opposite-hand mounting when needed. Additionally, all shields can be vertically and horizontally adjusted to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
