The Protector Series grinder shield is a flat, dual shield measuring 7" x 6" each, featuring a center mount and direct mount without interlock, with a 7" dual offset and no enclosure. These shields are constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, providing an extremely tough, rigid, and durable safety shield designed to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are certified with CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is offered to maintain optimal performance, while the modular design allows for customization of the shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to meet various machine guarding needs. The shields are available with different mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting if necessary. Additionally, all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate varying work setups and table heights.
