The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines is designed for left side mounting with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this shield provides exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. Each component of the shield carries CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design allows customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to meet specific machine guarding needs. It offers various mounting options, enabling reversal for opposite-hand mounting scenarios when necessary. Additionally, the shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
