The Protector Series chip shield is designed for milling or drilling machines, featuring an octagonal shape with dimensions of 24" x 10". It includes LED lighting, a left mount, an articulating double pivot design with three arms, a 36" reach, and a 16" offset, all within a lighted, interlocked enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional durability and rigidity, protecting operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The product complies with CE, UL, and CSA certifications and comes with a limited one-year warranty. Additionally, a complete line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, ensuring the best solution for complex machine guarding needs.
