The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount with a 16" offset, constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring a robust solution for operator safety against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. This shield carries CE, UL, and CSA certifications and comes with a limited one-year warranty. The kit includes various mounting options and a full line of replacement polycarbonate shields to maintain optimal performance. The modular design allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, facilitating the best solution for demanding machine guarding challenges. Additionally, the shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate various work setups and table heights, and they can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting when needed.
