The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, these shields provide an exceptionally tough, rigid, and durable safety solution to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are certified with CE, UL, and CSA standards and are backed by a limited one-year warranty. Designed with modularity in mind, the Protector Series allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to address complex machine guarding challenges. The kit includes various mounting options, and the high-quality shields can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios if needed. Additionally, all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
