The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines features a left side mount with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof, oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield is designed to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The shield and its components carry CE, UL, and CSA certifications and come with a limited one-year warranty. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal functionality. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to address complex machine guarding challenges. Various mounting options enable reversal for opposite-hand setups, while all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
