The Protector Series Chip Shield for drill presses is designed for left side mounting with an 18" offset. Constructed of 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. It carries CE, UL, and CSA certifications and features a limited one-year warranty. Additionally, a full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain peak operating efficiency. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for various configurations, including shield shape, size, mount, arm, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, ensuring optimal solutions for challenging machine guarding needs. Various mounting options are available, enabling reversal for addressing opposite-hand mounting scenarios as needed.
