The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines is designed for left side mounting and features 3 arms with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, these shields offer exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are certified by CE, UL, and CSA, and each shield comes with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to effectively address diverse machine guarding challenges. Additionally, various mounting options are available, and the shields can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting as needed. Each shield is vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
