The Protector Series chip shield is designed for milling or drilling machines, featuring a three-sided configuration with dimensions of 24" x 9" x 6.5" for left mount applications. This shield includes an articulating design with double pivot functionality and three arms, providing a 36" reach and a 24" offset, without any enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, the shield offers exceptional durability and protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components meet CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal performance, while the modular design allows for customizable configurations, including shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring. The high-quality shields accommodate various mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios when required, with vertical and horizontal adjustability to suit different work setups and table heights.
