The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines features a three-sided design with dimensions of 24" x 9" x 6.5" and includes an LED light, a left mount, articulating capabilities, double pivot, and three arms with a 36" reach and 24" offset, all within a lighted interlocked enclosure. This protective shield is constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof, oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring an extremely tough, rigid, and durable safety barrier to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The product includes CE, UL, and CSA certifications, and the shield carries a limited one-year warranty. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is offered to maintain optimal operational efficiency. The modular design allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, enabling effective solutions for challenging machine guarding scenarios. Additionally, various mounting options facilitate reversible installation for opposite-hand mounting, and all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
