The Protector Series chip shield is designed for milling or drilling machines, featuring a three-sided configuration with dimensions of 24" x 9" x 6.5" for left mount, an articulating design, double pivot capabilities, and three arms providing a reach of 36" without interlock and a 24" offset, but no enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional toughness, rigidity, and durability, effectively protecting operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. Each component meets CE, UL, and CSA certification standards, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A comprehensive range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal performance. The modular design allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, catering to various machine guarding challenges.
