The Protector Series shield for lathe chuck is designed with a curved shape, measuring 12" x 8", featuring a right mount and direct mount with interlock, and includes a 12" offset without an enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield offers exceptional durability, effectively protecting operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The product complies with CE, UL, and CSA certifications and includes a limited one-year warranty. A complete range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series shields allows for configuration of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, making it suitable for addressing complex machine guarding challenges. Various mounting options are offered, and the shields can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios if required. Additionally, all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
