The Protector Series shield for lathe chuck is a curved safety shield measuring 12" x 8" with a right mount and direct mount without interlock, featuring a 12" offset and no enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this shield offers exceptional durability and protection against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. It is certified by CE, UL, and CSA and comes with a limited one-year warranty. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customization in shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, ensuring optimal machine guarding solutions. The shield includes various mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios. Additionally, all shields are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights. A full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is also available for maintaining peak efficiency.
