The Protector Series Grinder Shield is a flat, dual shield measuring 14" x 12" each, featuring a center mount, direct mount with interlock, and a 7" dual offset, without an enclosure. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, these shields provide robust protection for operators against flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. Each component is CE, UL, and CSA certified, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. To maintain peak efficiency, a full line of replacement polycarbonate shields is available. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to effectively address a variety of machine guarding challenges. With various mounting options available, the high-quality shields can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios and are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
