The Protector Series grinder shield features a flat, dual design measuring 7" x 6" each, with a center mount and direct mount incorporating interlock, and a 7" dual offset without an enclosure. These shields are constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof, oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring exceptional strength, rigidity, and durability to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. All components are certified to CE, UL, and CSA standards, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A comprehensive range of replacement polycarbonate shields is offered to maintain peak operational efficiency. The modular design of the Protector Series shields allows for customizable configurations regarding shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, catering to the most demanding machine guarding requirements.
