The Protector Series chip shield, designed for milling or drilling machines with a left-side mount, features a 16" offset and is constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, ensuring exceptional toughness and durability. This safety shield is engineered to protect operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. Each component is certified by CE, UL, and CSA, and the shields come with a limited one-year warranty. A full range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to maintain optimal performance. The modular design of the Protector Series allows for customization in shield shape, size, mounting options, arm configuration, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring to effectively address various machine guarding challenges. Additionally, these high-quality shields can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting scenarios and are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
