The Protector Series chip shield for milling or drilling machines is designed for left side mount applications with a 16" offset. Constructed from 14-gauge powder-coated steel and 3/16" shock-proof and oil-resistant polycarbonate, this safety shield is both tough and durable, effectively protecting operators from flying debris, lubricants, coolants, and swarf. The kit includes CE, UL, and CSA certified components and comes with a limited one-year warranty. A complete range of replacement polycarbonate shields is available to ensure optimal performance. The modular design allows for customization of shield shape, size, mount, arm, offset, lighting, interlocking, and safety monitoring, providing versatile solutions for complex machine guarding needs. The shields offer various mounting options and can be reversed for opposite-hand mounting situations. Additionally, they are vertically and horizontally adjustable to accommodate different work setups and table heights.
