3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP100NS is a non-sag, two-part, rigid epoxy adhesive designed for fast curing and machinability. This fast-setting epoxy cures at room temperature to form a strong, rigid bond, with a non-sag formulation that ensures the adhesive remains where it is applied. This versatile structural adhesive is suitable for general-purpose bonding across a variety of substrates, including metals, ceramics, concrete, and wood, and features high shear strength for strong performance in applications across the electrical, general industrial, construction, and consumer goods sectors. The adhesive's formula cures rigidly for high static load holding, with a fast 5-minute work life allowing for some repositioning of parts before it reaches handling strength in approximately 15 minutes and full cure in 48 hours at 72°F (22°C). The mix ratio is 1:1 for quick, precise dispensing, making it ideal for general attachment applications that require permanency and the ability to machine the bonded materials afterward.
