3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP100FR is a flame retardant, non-sag, two-part, rigid epoxy adhesive designed for fast curing and machinability, making it suitable for various industrial applications. This low viscosity adhesive allows for easy dispensing and leveling, and its non-sag formulation ensures it remains in place upon application. The product is UL 94 V-0 certified and passes the FAR 25.853 60-second vertical burn test, providing high static load holding and high shear strength for permanent bonds. With a fast 6-minute work life, handling strength can be achieved in approximately 15 minutes at room temperature, with full cure reached within 48 hours at 72°F (22°C). The mix ratio is 1:1 for quick and precise dispensing, and it can bond a range of substrates, including metals, ceramics, concrete, and wood. It is particularly suitable for flame retardant wire tacking, applications requiring machining, and scenarios where a flame retardant adhesive is necessary. This product does not contain brominated or antimony-based flame retardants, emphasizing its versatility for use in electrical, general industrial, construction, and consumer goods industries.
