3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive DP810NS is a non-sag, toughened two-part, room-temperature curing acrylic adhesive specially formulated to bond oily metals, plastics, and other surfaces. This adhesive features a non-sag formulation that ensures it stays where applied, providing strong shear and peel strength along with good impact resistance for durability in demanding applications. It effectively bonds a variety of substrates, including metals, composites, and many plastics, such as nylon, and cures to a tan or black color. With a 10 minute work life and 20 minute handling strength, it allows for adjustment before setting, achieving full cure in 8-24 hours (at 72°F/22°C), though excess adhesive exposed to air may remain tacky for up to 48 hours. The low odor and non-flammable properties make it suitable for settings where harsh fumes or flammability are concerns. Additionally, 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive DP810NS is approved under UL 746C for polymeric materials used in electrical equipment and is applicable in various industries, including construction, consumer goods, electronics, general industrial, metalworking, military & government, signage, and specialty vehicles.
