3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive DP810NS is a non-sag, toughened two-part, room-temperature curing acrylic adhesive specially formulated to bond oily metals, plastics, and other surfaces. The adhesive features a non-sag formulation, ensuring it stays where applied, and delivers strong shear and peel strength along with good impact resistance, making it suitable for demanding end-use applications. It bonds a variety of substrates including metals, composites, and many plastics such as nylon. The non-sag formula provides rigid adhesion, curing to a tan or black color, while its low odor and non-flammable properties contribute to a safer work environment. The adhesive has a work life of 10 minutes, reaches handling strength in approximately 20 minutes, and is fully cured in 8-24 hours at 72°F/22°C (Note: Excess adhesive exposed to air around the bond lines may remain tacky up to 48 hours). Additionally, it is approved under UL 746C for polymeric materials used in electrical equipment. Recommended applications include sporting goods, specifically bonding metal to metal and metal to plastic.
