The Glowear® 8381 is a Type R Class 3, 4-in-1 hi-vis winter bomber jacket designed for adaptability in changing weather conditions. This jacket includes a zip-out liner that can be worn alone as a lightweight fleece jacket, zip-off liner sleeves for a vest option, a weatherproof shell for lightweight protection, or a warm winter work jacket when the liner is zipped in. The ultra-warm 280g fleece provides thermal insulation in extreme cold, while the weatherproof 300D performance polyester shell with PU coating offers water and wind resistance without sacrificing comfort or breathability. A storm flap covers the front zipper for enhanced protection, and a detachable drawstring hood can be added or removed based on preference. The jacket features adjustable hook & loop straps at the wrist cuffs for a secure fit to keep out the cold, and its durable construction includes a ripstop shell and dirt-hiding black panels for extended wear. Key attributes include high visibility ANSI/ISEA 107 compliance with 2" reflective tape for low-light visibility, an easy on and off zipper closure, one exterior zipper chest pocket, and one combination cell phone chest pocket/clear ID.
