The Glowear® 8287 Hi-Vis Winter Jacket and Vest with Detachable Sleeves is designed for optimal warmth and comfort, featuring quilted 3M Thinsulate insulation with a 100g insulated body and 80g sleeves. The waterproof 300D polyester shell is both wind-resistant and breathable, ensuring protection against the elements while maintaining dry comfort during work. This versatile 3-in-1 garment can be worn as a jacket, converted into a vest by zipping off the quilted sleeves, or combined with the 8386 outer shell for an ultra-warm winter jacket. Additional attributes include fully taped seams to prevent water infiltration, bright fluorescent colors with 2" reflective tape for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions, and practical features such as two lower front slash pockets, dual mic tabs for radios, and a clear chest pocket for ID badge display. The jacket is compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Type R Class 2 standards, and custom logo'ing options are available. It comes in Hi-Vis Lime and Hi-Vis Orange color options and is machine washable for easy maintenance.
