Hand-assembled in a US-based facility, it utilizes high-quality components and incorporates an innovative nozzle system along with advanced safety features, ensuring reliability and ease of use. This model boasts a 1/4" wide sealing element for a leak-proof seal suitable for various applications. Key features include 100% maintenance-free Venture vacuum pumps, an intuitive design, a rust-treated and powder-coated steel chassis, and clean-room compatibility. The unit comes with a two-year warranty and requires an external compressor operating at 6CFM@100PSI. Optional upgrades are available, such as a gas-flush system (Model: AVN-20), a self-contained compressor (Model: CAVS-20), or a combination of both (Model: CAVN-20) for nitrogen-flushing to achieve oxygen-free packaging. Additional options include a bi-active seal for top and bottom heating, a stainless steel upgrade, CE certification, vacuum filter, vacuum regulator, a 220V variant, a dual nozzle, digital temperature control, and a working tray, with overall dimensions of 20" x 12".
