The AVN is a foot-pedal activated gas-flush vacuum packaging system designed for various applications such as electronics, medical, pharmaceutical, food, biotech, aerospace, and scientific devices. It features a 25" sealing length with a seal width of 1/4", ensuring a leak-proof seal for sensitive items. The system utilizes 100% maintenance-free Venture vacuum pumps and includes an intuitive design with extensive safety features. Its rust-treated and powder-coated steel chassis ensures durability in clean-room environments. The gas-flush functionality can be switched off, as can the vacuum feature, allowing for sealing only with impulse-heat. The AVN is hand-assembled using superior grade components and is available in five seal lengths (20", 25", 30", 35", and 50") with configurations available to meet CE certification requirements. It also requires an external compressor (6CFM@100PSI) and comes with a two-year warranty.
