The AVN is a foot-pedal activated gas-flush vacuum packaging machine designed for sealing a wide range of products, from sensitive electronics to sterile medical devices, food, biotech applications, aerospace technologies, and scientific instruments. It features a 30" sealing length and a seal width of 1/4", providing a leak-proof seal. The device utilizes 100% maintenance-free Venture vacuum pumps and includes an intuitive design along with extensive safety features. Its rust-treated and powder-coated steel chassis ensures durability, while clean-room compatibility makes it suitable for electronics, medical, and pharmaceutical applications. The gas-flush feature can be toggled on or off, as can the vacuum feature, allowing for sealing only with impulse heat if desired. The AVN is hand-assembled using superior-grade components and is available in five seal lengths: 20", 25", 30", 35", and 50". It can also be configured to meet CE certification requirements. The machine requires an external compressor with a capacity of 6CFM at 100PSI and comes with a two-year warranty.
