The AVN is a foot-pedal activated gas-flush vacuum packaging system designed for a variety of applications, including electronics, medical, and pharmaceutical uses. It features a 1/4" wide sealing element that ensures a leak-proof seal for items ranging from sensitive electronics to sterile medical devices and food products. The system operates by flushing out oxygen and moisture with an inert gas of your choice, before automatically retracting the stainless steel nozzle to seal products in seconds. The gas-flush feature can be turned off, as can the vacuum function, allowing for sealing only with impulse heat. The AVN is hand-assembled using superior grade components and is available in five seal lengths: 20", 25", 30", 35", and 50". It is clean-room compatible and meets CE certification requirements. Additional features include 100% maintenance-free Venture vacuum pumps, an intuitive design, extensive safety mechanisms, and a rust-treated, powder-coated steel chassis. The system requires an external compressor with a capacity of 6 CFM at 100 PSI and includes a two-year warranty.
