The AVN is a foot-pedal activated gas-flush vacuum packaging system designed for a wide variety of applications, including sensitive electronics, sterile medical devices, food, biotech applications, aerospace technology, and scientific devices. It features a 50" sealing length and a seal width of 1/4", delivering a leak-proof seal. The system utilizes an inert gas of your choice to flush out oxygen and moisture, and with a single touch of the pedal, the automated stainless steel nozzle retracts, sealing products in seconds. The AVN includes 100% maintenance-free Venture vacuum pumps, an intuitive design, and extensive safety features. Constructed with a rust-treated and powder-coated steel chassis, it is clean-room compatible and hand-assembled using superior grade components. The gas-flush feature can be turned off, as well as the vacuum feature, allowing for sealing only with impulse heat. The AVN is available in multiple seal lengths (20", 25", 30", 35", and 50") and can be configured to meet CE certification requirements. It comes with a two-year warranty and requires an external compressor with a capacity of 6 CFM at 100 PSI.
