The Benchmark multi-position stirring hotplates are designed for simultaneous heating and stirring of multiple samples, featuring a large, durable, chemically resistant white ceramic top surface that offers exceptionally uniform temperature control up to 120°C. The digital display conveniently controls both mixing speed and temperature, and includes a safety LED indicator that warns users when the top plate is hot and unsafe to touch. Available in two models with either 5 or 10 position capacities, each stirring position is powered by an independent motor, efficiently mixing sample sizes up to 1000 mL. The design incorporates increased spacing of 100 mm between stirring positions, allowing the top surface to accommodate various vessel types, including beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, and media storage bottles. The stirring hotplates also provide effective stirring for bottles up to 1 liter.
