The Benchmark multi-position stirring hotplates are designed for simultaneous heating and stirring of multiple samples, featuring large top-plates with a durable, chemically resistant, white ceramic coating that ensures exceptionally uniform temperature control up to 120°C. Both mixing speed and temperature are easily adjustable via a digital display, which includes a safety LED indicator to alert users when the top plate is hot and unsafe to touch. Two models are available, accommodating either 5 or 10 position capacity, with each stirring position powered by an independent motor that allows for efficient mixing of sample sizes up to 1000 mL. The design includes increased spacing of 100 mm between stirring positions, making it suitable for a diverse range of vessel types, such as beakers, Erlenmeyer flasks, and media storage bottles. Key features include simultaneous heating and stirring, a white ceramic top surface, effective stirring in bottles up to 1 liter, and digital control of both speed and temperature.
