It includes a curved handrail that enhances patient stability during standing measurements, while the foldable seat accommodates seated weighing and can be stowed for wheelchair weighing. The scale features a robust capacity of 1,000 lb. / 450 kg and comes equipped with two-way built-in ramps for easy access from both sides. Users can lock the measurement units into either kilograms or pounds, and it has a large platform measuring 32 in x 36 in / 81 cm x 91 cm, ensuring clinical-grade accuracy to 0.2 lb. / 0.1 kg. The scale operates on battery or AC power, can store up to 99 tares for wheelchair weights if the optional tare feature is used, and certain models offer Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity for wireless EMR/EHR integration.
