The Controlled Room Temperature Cabinet is designed specifically to support manufacturer recommendations for the safe storage of pharmacy, medication, and vaccines within a temperature range of 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) as defined by USP, with a temperature variation of +/-1.5°C based on testing with an NTC sensor in a 1 oz. vial. It maintains stable operation even in ambient temperatures ranging from 68°F to 86°F. The cabinet features an antimicrobial silver ion-coated handle, adjustable temperature controls allowing settings between +2 to +8°C, and a temperature alarm with remote alarm contacts. It includes automatic defrost with an adjustable cycle, a pre-installed 1/2" probe hole for monitoring equipment, and an open door alarm that activates if the door remains ajar for over 4 minutes, which is adjustable from 1 to 99 minutes. Additional alarms for audible power failure and sensor failure provide alerts for disruptions, while a password-protected control panel ensures security in adjusting temperature parameters.
