The 120V heated jacket is designed to maintain a tepid temperature within the gravity-fed eye wash station, making it suitable for use in both cold and warm climates. This insulated jacket ensures ANSI compliant tepid water in operating temperatures as low as -31°F (-35°C) and is compatible with Hughes® model 16GFEW, a 16-gallon eye wash station. The jacket features a trace tape heating design with a 120V, 60/50Hz electrical requirement and includes a 10 ft. power cord equipped with a UL listed, CSA certified GFCI plug. It is equipped with a UL approved thermostat for temperature control and overheat protection, freeze protection up to -30°F (-34°C), and maintains a temperature range of 68°F to 77°F (20°C to 25°C). Installation is quick and easy, utilizing hook and loop fasteners and drawstrings, and the eye wash can be easily activated by pulling the black activation arm down to the open position. The jacket is constructed from PVC coated polyester for durability. Eyewash is sold separately.
