The ceiling-mounted emergency drench shower features powder-coated stainless steel pipework and a rose, ensuring resistance to corrosive and flammable materials while facilitating easy cleaning. It is equipped with a high-performance quarter-turn ball valve made of 316L stainless steel, designed to endure harsh environments and site conditions, and offers low operating torque for reliable, easy on/off operation. The kit includes a separate 12 x 10-in (305 x 254-mm) universal eye wash and safety shower sign for enhanced visibility, as well as an inspection record tag for documenting test and service history. This system meets ANSI Z358.1 2014 and EN 15154 standards, supporting OSHA requirements, and is ideal for laboratories, schools, and general light-duty indoor use in spaces where eye wash facilities are not necessary and where there are no risks of freezing or overheating. The specially designed valve features low operating torque for dependable operation during emergencies and includes a heavy-duty stainless steel stop-plate to withstand rough use. The durable, coated stainless steel pull handle with a nylon valve connection ensures easy grip and activation for immediate water drenching, and the shower rose is optimized for high flow rates. Some assembly may be required, and note that a mounting plate is not included.
