The system features specially designed valves with low operating torque, ensuring reliable and easy on/off operation during emergencies. The valve includes a robust, heavy-duty stainless steel stop-plate for durability during rough use. The shower pull handle is made from coated stainless steel and features a nylon valve connection for easy grip and activation, delivering immediate water drenching from a high flow rate shower rose. The open bowl eye/face wash meets ANSI compliance with aerated diffusers and an individual flow controller that provides a gentle scrubbing action. The twin spray nozzles are equipped with dust covers that release upon activation via a push plate, while an adjustable flow regulator valve can be changed to suit the severity of the incident. The highly visible red push plate includes a universal hand and eye wash sign for straightforward activation, and an optional foot treadle can be added for secondary eyewash activation. Some assembly may be required. Key features include powder-coated stainless steel pipework, bowl, and rose, ensuring resistance to corrosive and flammable materials while remaining easy to clean. High-performance quarter-turn ball valves made of 316L stainless steel are built to withstand harsh environments. The kit includes one complete unit, along with a separate 16 x 12-in (407 x 305-mm) universal eye wash and safety shower sign for enhanced visibility, as well as an inspection record tag for documenting test and service history.
