The system features specially designed valves with low operating torque for reliable, easy on/off operation during emergencies, along with an integral, heavy-duty stainless steel stop-plate to withstand rough usage. It includes a durable, coated stainless steel shower pull handle with a nylon valve connection for easy activation, providing immediate water drenching from the high-flow shower rose. The open bowl eye/face wash, which meets ANSI compliance, has aerated diffusers with fine mesh strainers and an individual flow controller for a gentle, scrubbing action. It features twin spray nozzles with dust covers that are removed when the eye wash is activated via a push plate, and an easy-to-reach flow regulator valve to adjust the severity of water output. The highly visible red push plate includes a universal hand and eye wash sign for straightforward activation. An optional foot treadle can be added for secondary eyewash activation. Some assembly may be required.
