The Air-Care™ MERV 8 permanent and washable flexible air filter is designed for easy installation in systems that require non-standard air filter sizes. This electrostatic filter is 10 times more efficient than standard disposable filters, effectively capturing dust and allergens to maintain cleaner and fresher indoor air. The filter features an electrostatic charge that traps airborne particles, which are then easily removed through washing every 1-3 months. The sturdy frame ensures durability over time, while the EPA registered anti-microbial material inhibits mold and bacteria growth on the filter surface. Air-Care™ filters are designed to reduce irritants such as pollen, dust, bacteria, mold spores, pet dander, and smoke, many of which are smaller than one micron. The nominal depth of the filter ranges from 1/8" to 1".
