Bluff® MobilePro+ yard ramps provide seamless access for forklifts or pallet trucks to freight in minutes without the need for dock bays. The ramp is designed to accommodate trailers of various heights and widths, enabling loading and unloading in areas without docks, as well as from dock level to ground. Constructed with all-welded, heavy-duty formed steel cross members and side girders, it features a beveled diamond plate steel approach for a smooth transition and an open serrated steel grating ramp surface that ensures superior traction while minimizing the build-up of dirt, rain, and snow. Key specifications include a multi-piece hinged lip for servicing various trailer widths, adjustable legs with a service range of 36-60 inches, and its overall length of 36 feet, which incorporates a 6-foot level-off zone at the top for safe access. The ramp is equipped with a double-action hydraulic lift pump and 18-inch diameter solid rubber wheels for easy maneuverability, and safety locking chains secure the ramp to the dock or trailer. Additional features include 8-inch high curbs to keep vehicles on the ramp and integral forklift tine insertion points for relocating the ramp over short distances.
