Bluff® MobilePro+ yard ramps provide easy forklift or pallet truck access to freight in minutes without requiring dock bays. The MobilePro+ portable yard ramp is designed with the flexibility needed to accommodate trailers of various heights and widths, enabling efficient loading and unloading of trucks and trailers in areas without docks, as well as from dock level to ground. It features all-welded, heavy-duty formed steel cross members and side girders with a beveled diamond plate steel approach for a smooth transition. The open serrated steel grating ramp surface ensures superior traction while reducing the build-up of dirt, rain, and snow. Key features include a multi-piece hinged lip that services various trailer widths, adjustable legs with a service range of 36-60", a double-action hydraulic lift pump, and 18" diameter solid rubber wheels for easy mobility. Safety locking chains secure the ramp to the dock or trailer, and 8" high curbs help keep trucks and forklifts on the ramp. The 36' long ramp incorporates a 6' level-off zone at the top for safe dock-to-ground or truck-to-ground access. Additionally, the ramp clamp has integral forklift tine insertion points for moving the ramp over short distances. Bluff® also offers solid steel deck approach plates at both ends for a smooth transition and maximum life for the ramp, distinguishing it from competitors that use open grating, which can lead to premature failure.
